Villa Park Tanki Lendeert: Underway and “right on schedule”
“We are almost there”, according to project manager engineer Frank Mejia”. Frank was referring to the road construction of the residential project Villa Park Tanki Lendeert in Tanki Lendeert, Noord. Villa Park Tanki Lendeert is a private residential project that will consist of 22 residential homes. The project is located in Tanki Lendeert, just 6 minutes driving from downtown Oranjestad and 8 minutes from the beaches. The project was started in late May, 2003. “The pre-sale has been fantastic, and as of now there is only one empty lot remaining, but we expect to sell it any time soon” according to Cas Bon Real Estate, the real estate company in charge of selling the homes.
The developers of the project, Cas Bon, are very pleased with the pre-sale efforts and said that they are right on schedule with this new project. This is their 4th private residential project on Aruba. In total, Cas Bon has constructed more then 220 homes all around Aruba.
The road construction started in mid-September, and should be completed in mid-October. In the meantime, the construction of four new houses is underway. The start for the rest of construction is awaiting completion of the road and other infrastructure networks. The completion of the project is expected in November of 2004.
