List of Material
This
is a list of material and client’s choices, in the construction
of a typical model home.
Client can always upgrade, in which case the cost of upgrading
will have to be covered by the client.
We build homes using solid cement blocks covered with cement plaster for both
the interior and exterior walls. The size of the bricks is
15 cm (6 ") thick for most of the walls, except for some interior
wall divisions, where 10 cm (4") blocks are used.
Included are:
• Architectural drawings.
• Building permit.
• Floor tiles of your choice up to a maximum of Awg 25,- per
square meter.
• Spanish roof tiles
• Ceiling of sheet-rock.
• Bathroom accessories up to a maximum of Awg. 500,- per bathroom.
• Septic
tank of approx. 9 m³ (nine cubic meters).
• Kitchen cabinets up to a budget of Awg. 2.800,-;
• One wall closet up to a budget of Afl. 1,000.-
• American aluminum windows with screens;
• Electrical network installation according to DTI standards
and DTI approval, in addition, to connections of 110-V
according to DTI standard, connections of 220-V for each bedroom for air consitioners,
2 cable and telephone connection.
• Standard water installation and two hose bibbs.
• Solid exterior wooden door and hallow interior wooden doors;
round, solid, chrome or bronze, exterior door handle: round,
hollow, chrome or bronze interior door handle.
• Choice of paint: two choice maximum for both interior and
exterior walls and one choice of paint for the woodwork.
• General clean-up of construction waste and of the land immediately
after construction within the land boundaries.
• Will cover land immediately surrounding the home, with a
layer of sand grain.
Excluded are:
• Landscaping and other related costs;
• Household appliances, for example, refrigeration, air-condition,
etc.;
• All other work that is not included or specified herein or
in the house-plan.
Project duration:
140 days after payment of the 1st phase of construction.
